The luxury apartments and villas of Le Jardin de Fleur are taking shape in Mediterrania Saïdia, the huge new luxury resort area being developed on Morocco's Mediterranean coast. Situated just across the water from the Costa del Sol and a little east of the Spanish enclave of Melilla, Mediterrania Saïdia is a resort that will include luxury four- and five star hotels, an 800-berth marina with large shopping area, a Sports City and exclusive residential areas surrounding three golf courses.
The resort occupies a beautiful, verdant strip of land that fronts several kilometres of sandy beaches, ready to entice visitors with its climate and facilities, and investors with attractive returns. Financed and secured by the World Bank, the $1 billion project is being developed by Spanish construction conglomerate Fadesa, with international hotel chains developing resort hotels and property developers like PropertyLogic creating luxury residential projects such as Le Jardin de Fleur. Their apartments, penthouses and villas combine soft-edged, Moroccan inspired architecture with a standard of finishing and attractive prices that are fast making Morocco one of the hottest markets in international real estate.
